Re: Corbyn and his yellow streak
It's amazing that Cameron has the gall to accuse people of being terrorist sympathisers. Us and the yanks are the biggest terrorist organisation of them all..

And let's not forget that most of these terrorist organisations that are often referred to, were infact armed by us..

He obviously has no sense of irony, whatsoever..

It's going to be great fun though, ,.

Re: Corbyn and his yellow streak
Fact is that those attending the 1922 Committee meeting know precisely what Cameron meant, and they have told people what he said too. And now serf is going to finesse and obfuscate to make it sound like something else.

Yes, mate, we should definitely ignore what people actually say and get outraged about something they didn't say which is more obviously outrageous.

It's the left-wing way.

Logic like yours is tremendous, Surface.

Different to normal logic but probably a whole lot better.

Oh here we go it could be all day with you trying to finesse what Cameron said whereas the attenders heard Cameron imply that being against the bombing was as good as being a terrorist sympathiser.

Doubtless he had a couple of others in mind - Fat Do for example.

I do hope you are not going to lecture us on the precise meaning of words, mate, your record is iffy there to say the least.

No - he made a clear distinction, hence 'with a bunch of terrorist sympathisers' not 'like a terrorist sympathiser'

Thanks for popping that up, Ray.

So he very clearly drew a distinction between those voting against bombing and the terrorist sympathisers Corbyn and McDonnell.

C&P

David Cameron has appealed to Conservative MPs to give him an overall parliamentary majority in favour of military action in Syria by warning them against voting alongside “Jeremy Corbyn and a bunch of terrorist sympathisers”.

MPs will vote late on Wednesday after a10-and-a half-hour debate in the Commons.

Amid Downing Street concerns that support among backbench Labour MPs is weakening, the prime minister told a meeting of the 1922 committee that he needed to win the vote solely on the basis of Tory MPs’ support to achieve his goal of securing a clear consensus.

“You should not be walking through the lobbies with Jeremy Corbyn and a bunch of terrorist sympathisers,” the prime minister told the committee.

How do you know this?

Re: Corbyn and his yellow streak
Cameron did link being against the bombing and terrorist sympathising. Just ask the 1922 committee meeting attenders from last Tuesday night. It was a private meeting where Dave was urging them to vote for the bombing and several of the backbencher attested to what he said.

Last night on the Andrew Neill programme Portillo condemned Cameron's words.

Re: Corbyn and his yellow streak
He didn't say that.

Nor did he fuck a pig probably.

Not that truth has anything to do with it.
